I recall the spring of 2010 as the spring of the rabbit. There was more than one nest of rabbits in our back yards. We share a huge common back yard with about 12 homes. The nests were near my home. I woke to newly planted flowers chewed to the ground. Sadie had no clue and the rabbits ran amok. We were not the only street with bunny trouble. They were everywhere. I think the warm spring weather had a lot to do with it. They were so comfortable with people, that while walking Sadie, I could walk up to within 6 feet of them before they would hop leisurely away. Rudeness!
