Our friends, Jake and Julie Romaker, live in a house by a small lake. They often let Meghan and Andrew fish from their back yard. Here they both caught fish. It was pretty chilly that day. We were lucky the fish were biting.
We went to a friend's wedding back in May. Andrew is usually a serious little guy who doesn't like to be the center of attention. But you put him on a dance floor at a wedding reception and he is a totally different animal.
He was tearing up the floor!
Glacier Ridge Elementary had a student art show, where the parents could buy the artwork. The kids were amazing. There were pieces with lots of mixed media such as cloth, tile, paint, clay, and paper. There is a lot of talent out there. Andrew's work is a paper collage with marker. Meghan used paper, cloth, crayon, and water colors.
